Diana, the OBW's are not anywhere as hard as they look. The book is so easy to follow and doesn't skip any details. I highly recommend it.

This Mom, I used 2 layers of insulated batting. It said use 1 layer with a layer of regular batting but I didn't follow the directions. :roll: One of my downfalls. So that's probably why they look so heavy. They are pretty stiff but I bet the hold up a long time! LOL
i have a question, do you put the shiny sides of the insulbrite facing each other or facing outward, is it the shiny side that repels the heat? by the way, yours are very pretty.
