My daughter does photo covers for iPhones. She can use one of her photos or one of yours. You could take a photo of your favorite quilt and have it made into an iPhone cover. I had something like this a while back, back when the razors were first out. It was like a "skin", though, and you created it with your own image with the software and ran it thru your printer. It turned out awesome! It was a bit pricey, though, if I remember right. I'd say they have some great stuff out now.
