I also had a cat who loved the TV remote. If the remote was on the couch she would run over to it and BOUNCE HER BOTTOM ON THE REMOTE TO CHANGE THE CHANNELS. This was the only thing she would do that was fun. She loved to change the channels. When the remote finally gave out the new remote was not that touchy and she never did it again. It would have been easier to use her paw but not her. She is in kitty heaven now and every time I pick up a remote I would think of her.
