I enjoyed this so much. I have made many jeans quilts with lightweight batting and cotton backing. My kids and grandkids love them...they are very very heavy, but their favorite thing when they are sick. Mine always turn out large too; queen or king size. I have always wanted to do one like yours but don't know how. Can you help me? I have a lot of blocks already cut out; 7" I think. I loved your story. Sounds so much like me. Great job!!
