I live on a remote Caribbean island where there is a medical school. For the past five years I have been teaching/helping the spouses to learn to sew and quilt. They love to do it and have made many beautiful quilts. The youngest so far is just 21 years. The oldest is in her early 30's. They are so proud of their work and have done wonderful quilts. Hopefully they will carry on and teach others.
