The issue is that diabetics should not have sugars, and not all, but most foods on the market contain some sort of sugar. Walden Farms products are geared toward that issue, and it's nice to have companies who understand that not everyone can have sugar.
We tried their "maple syrup" and found it to be very difficult to swallow, for lack of a better way to say it. It was very gelatinous and slimy. We do lots of shopping at
