We just had someone bring this to the chili night this month. Good dessert for the summer. She used mandarin oranges but I would like it with pineapple too. And she put coconut in it. I told her I would be curious about using ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese and she said she would try it next time.
I just cannot leave well enough alone..
