If they aren't answering you back I'd take that as a sign and stay away from them. It might be a sign of promblems in the future with them getting your money and you getting nothing in return. I don't do BOM online, as of yet. I've only done them in stores and then you are always paid ahead by one month and they hold your credit card # incase you back out before the yr had ended. Each store has their own rules so you need to check that out but if a company can't respond to you then no matter how much I like the design I'd steer clear of them
