I have done several BOM's from
www.fatquartershop.com and I have been pleased with them. You can start anytime - they just send a block about every month. It is true, however, that this is kind of expensive when you add it all up. At $14.99 per month for a year, you could easily buy a pattern and fabric at your LQS for a lot less I think. But I do like the concept - much less overwhelming to attack one block at a time.
