MOST people will list a higher price, expecting someone to offer less. So they ask for $200, and hope someone will give them $150. They think that if they ask $150, they will only get an offer of $100, and that's less than what they want to get for the item. ~shrug~ Dickering is in the nature of the beast....on BOTH sides of the sale!
