I don't know of any, but couldn't you cut them out of the fabric the same way they get sewn together? By that I mean to cut one standing vertically, and the next laying horizontally, then vertically, etc. The cuts might nest together in spite of the seam allowances being added, I'm thinking. Even if it doesn't nest together perfectly, it would surely be close and waste less fabric than cutting them individually all in the same direction.
