If no one recognizes it, then I would search on-line. Maybe go to Fabric.com or some other on-line store and search the on-line store using a word to describe the fabric. Sorry can't be of more help.
I did a picture search on
http://www.findmyfabric.com/ and ever other fabric with these colors came up but not this specific one . . .
