Sorry your back is bothering you--what is wrong, do you know? I husband hurt his back a year ago--turns out he has 3 bulging discs. He went to a spine specialist for about 6 months--he used ice only not heat. Even though heat feels good, the spine specialist and physical therapist said ice is better. The numbing effect of ice packs helped reduce the pain, too!

I so agree. Years ago I really did the number on my back and could barely walk. I laid on ice packs and had a heating pad on my chest so I wouldn't freeze. It worked so well. Ice is a natural anti inflammatory and a pain reliever. I was walking in a few days.

Jenniky, I am so sorry you are having problems with your back. It isn't any fun. Hope you are on the mend soon. How sweet to have a little guy around.
