Default Now I have a tinkling clatter in my 413

I mentioned in another thread, something about Don't you just love plastic, that the top gear on the vertical shaft in our Singer 413 shed it teeth. I found a new gear at the local shop and put it in last night. Got the machine all timed up and it sews nicely. Good stitches, good tension, all controls work, all ZZ, stretch and satin stitches work as well.
~But~~ now I have a rattle in the machine that's best described as a tinkling clatter. And I can't find it.

It happens no matter which direction the machine is sitting. Upright, tilted, on it's side, don't matter.
The noise seems to be coming from the bobbin area so I've removed the bobbin carrier, presser foot, needle, bobbin cover, needle plate and it never changes.
I tried changing the adjustment on the bobbin drive belt, no change.

I've pushed on, felt, touched, watched, oiled, just about everything in that machine and the noise continues.

The motor oscillates a bit and the noise oscillates with it. I'm stumped.

I don't remember the noise from before, so something I did must have caused it. I've reviewed everything that I did and can't find it.

I'm stumped.

Anybody got a 413 service manual they'd borrow me? I've been looking on the web and can't find one.

Also somewhere I saw a diagram on how to set the tension on that cam gear drive belt and now I can't find that.

I'm batting a 1000 to the zilch on this.

But the machine sews now ............
