I know what your problem is.....
As long as the machine won't be "ready to sew" ...you will never find the right time to sit in front of it...(too much efforts just to think "rearanging the machine)....You must have it always ready so you will be sewing constantly even for 5 minutes each time....
(I would give up the idea of having a dinning room ...make it your sewing room....You can still eat very well in the kitchen...
