the saline nasal spray is good. you may have to also take 1/2 of an anti-histamine. I do or I get dizzy. I just bought a baby humidifier. at Bed,Bath and Beyond store. looks like an egg sort of. works well. when out, try putting some vaseline in your nose a bit. It's OK to do that and it helps too. have you asked the Hotel for anything to help in your room? You would think they could do something for their guests.
