NeilMed Naso Gel I found at walmart for dry noses works good. I squirt it up my nose at bedtime. I had sinus surgery in April because of to many sinus infections. I have 3 spray prescriptions from my doctor. And I do the nedi squeeze bottle twice a day. Sinus surgery is very painful but it helped me.
