I have partcipated in a row robin it turned out great. I am currently in a round row robin where each person makes a center and the next person puts a (row) all around the center it is taking shape has 3 more rounds to get through before it comes home some of us peiced a center piece others fussy cut there center fabric so either was fine. Also have seen what some call a free robin where you start with a center and then the next person can add 1 side 2 sides or 3 sides and then sends it on to the next I have yet to partcipate in one of these robins looks fun though.
