coopah, go to "go advanced" on the reply & then scroll down to "manage attachments" then the screen will pop up for adding pictures. At the top, hit the "browse" button & it will take you to your computer where you can find your file for pictures & highlight the one you want & then hit "open" so that it will go to QB. Then hit "upload" & wait til it shows it's finished uploading. Close that window at that time & finish typing your reply & then post it.
