Jennb, Congs. on the white FW. That was truely a great find.

We went to an estate auction today and found a treadle machine that the machine has Edgemere on the top. But the bed of the machine has Sears Roebuck Co., Chicago, IL. The irons and the foot peddle have Sears Roebuck Co written into the irons. I will show a picture tomorrow to dark for pictures to night. The patent date on the cover dates Nov. 30, 1886. Serial # is 115586. The machine looks pretty good but dirty. The cabinet is not too bad just has one drawer missing. It is a 5 drawer cabinet and has some decals on the side and around the drawer pulls. DH saw one of these machines last year and didn't get it and could have kicked himself over and over for not doing so. He found this one almost in our back yard. All tho. we had to stand in the sun for 7 hours waiting for them to auction it off.

Also picked up a Singer 242 with a few attachments. Will show a pic. tomorrow also.
