lynnie-- you could tape together the mug rugs i sent you and atleast keep a foot or a hand or two warm.
i'm not going to do the math (only good at $ math), but that sounds VERY cold! warm thoughts and hugs sent your way!
actually, i wouldn't mind a little touch of winter. i love snuggling up with a warm quilt and reading a good book, with a cat or two, and a couple of dogs for extra warmth.
