hey all! thanks so much for your prayers I KNOW it helps, amazingly enough the small town 6miles north of us was spared by the flames, the fire split and went AROUND both sides of the town, even licking right up to the houses but not taking a single one!
the fire has now moved up from the foothills into the mountain, it is all national park up there, no more homes! and the cows came home weeks ago
good news all around!!! well... except it IS still burning
in 48 hours it has consumed 40,000 acres :O
