I did take the motor off but there wasn't time to undo the electrical cords. I've never seen such elegant, careful work in coiling the wires around the terminals. Watching the grandkids so will have to deal with this another time. I'll be back home soon and there is no sew and vac place near. It may just be the brushes. Anyway, my 201 and 15 are waiting at home. Gosh, I do miss them. Then there is the Necchi, the newer New Home, the Redeye, the 66 handcrank. Still, I had become fond of working with Myrtle. Maybe its time I learned to rebuild motors. Thanks for the suggestions.
