Speaking of crocheting, my thing is hand embroidered pieces. No matter what. I have a real tough time at the thrift stores going by pieces and not buying them. I just feel someone took the time to do this, I can not see someone not keeping them. I do not know what I will do with all of it. I may have to do something similar to the redwork quilts and cut them up. Even the pillow cases that have crocheting on the edges, I pick up. With so much coming from overseas that is made to look like handwork, the real thing is special. Just my thought.
