I learned to sew in Home Ec, my first project was a A line skirt, that I constructed so badly, you could see the hemming stitches across the room.
In high school I did much better, but the end of my Jr. year, I was making lined blazers matchiing the plaids, I never cared for making clothes, started on Quilts when I had my first daughter.
