Well i use frozen strawberries, 2 cup and 1.5 whole peeled and chunked avacado and 3 ripe bananas and 1.5 cup of skim milk and 3 packets of truvia sweeter blend in blender. It is nice and thick and very healthy but amazing you don't taste the avacado but it does, make it thicker.
