new to quilting, need machine advice
I have talked my husband into letting me buy a new machine. I currently use a Singer Merritt 2404-I got it free from a friend. So far it's really good for straight stitches but I really want to upgrade to a machine specifically good for quilting. I am new to this all so I need something user friendly. I have a modest budget of around $200. I have been looking at the Brother CS6000 and it seems to have everything I am looking for. I want a computerized model and was wondering what everyone else uses or can recommend for a beginner. Thanks in advance!
