Howdy and welcome, from Texas!
I just recently bought a Brother CS 6000i, to teach my DD and DGD to sew. So far, it seems to be a great machine, especially for the money! Was planning to give it to my DD, after teaching them to sew on it (I have an old Kenmore and a fairly new Janome) but may re-think that!
