I had a $99 Walmart Special (Brother something) for about 10 years. Just basic zigzag and straight. Was still running well when I sold it. Now I have a $88 Walmart Special (Brother something) with 25 stitches that I like to use for applique but I mostly use the zigzag and straight stitch.
