As for the 1812 "modern art," that background looks amazingly like the sliding doors of the closets in my 1957-built home; same small finger hole on the right edge. Guess I could glue on an old, cheap picture frame, splash on some paint, chunk a little hatchet in the middle and make enough off two closets to keep me in my old age!
Makes me feel like I should have saved all the stuff from my last house. My "tenants from hell" could have recouped me what it cost to replace the fittings they destroyed. Gosh....I thought they were complete b******s, I was so wrong...they were artists!
