Default Rescued Treadle Table

Yesterday I was given a treadle table for my 1923 Singer. Someone was about to throw it into the bin at the dump and a friend of mine rescued it and gave it to me knowing I was looking for one. It needs a good cleaning, the bottom of a drawer replaced and a new cover for over the machine. Someone has replaced the fold down platform for the sewing machine. I know this because the wood isn't the same as the table and the patina doesn't match. My singer won't fit on it because the hinge pins are smaller and closer together. Can I buy a replacement or should my husband make me a new one to fit the hinge pins of my singer? He does woodworking and can use another sewing cabinet I have as a template.

There were goodies in the drawers too including a complete set of attachments, bobbins that fit my shuttle, and The "Only" Skirt Gage.
