My sister, new to the quilting world herself, sends me all her scraps.
She doesn't want to bother with them. I like scrappy quilts, and am happy to receive her scraps. Of course, I pay for it; she sends her quilts to me for the quilting part. For me, though, it's win-win. I get to practice my technique on her quilts and she is thrilled with the results. someday I hope to be able to quilt as well as some of the wonderful quilters on this board.
