Some of you have seen this before. a d9p and the blues were to close together and was not working right, so I kept turning the blocks until I got a pattern I liked. Well she gets married in Aug and I am almost done. Just have to make a lable on the quilt and mail it.. YEAH and the Wall hanging is hers as well. I put Red piping on the tabs and edges.

Your d9p is beautiful, love the colors! Did you do the d9p the regular way, with the focus fabric on each corner? to get the effect of the blocks, I cannot figure out how you turned your 9 patch?
