Hi Everyone
I am new to this site and sewing! I think my machine would qualify as vintage - it is a 1963 Singer and I have just had a new electric pedal and complete overhaul done. I just love the chunk chunk sound of it - my little electric Toyota just can't compare and since I am only just starting to sew again - since I was a young mum (now got grown grandchildren) it suits me fine. I doubt that I will be collecting any though as my house is far too small and the only room I can sew in measures 7' x 7' and that has a sloping ceiling! Love the site and the info and help it gives is just great for a newbie, thanks so much! Take care, Sheila
