I have quilted everything from crib to queen size quilts on my Bernina Artista 200. When I needed to quilt an oversized king size quilt; I cut the batting into 3 parts and that worked quite well. By the way, silicon mats do not work for me. Although I think I have them secured, I always ended up sewing them into my quilt. After awhile, I decided they were too expensive when they had such a short life in my sewing room. Plus they were no fun to rip out from the back of my quilt. I find quilting on my DSM to be very relaxing, I just do not enjoy making the quilt sandwich.
