The sizing did it. You can't use any starch, sizing or fabric softners when using a fusible. They keep it from fusing. You should prewash your fabric to get out the factory sizing but I have heard some people having no problems. If you do prewash, NO fabric softners, no bounce sheets in the dryer. No starch and /or no sizing afterwards.
