Anamaria, That looks clean to me.
I just wipe it down with water and a bit of the dish soap. Just don't used alcohol to clean it. There are numerous tips on the net, but I haven't tried any of them with my Necchi box for cleaning it up. I never realized this was bakelite. Thanks for that bit of info!
