I purchased mine online at Joann Fabrics. They carry it but only online. I used a coupon, so got a good deal on it. I know I got my Shape Cut at a LQS. I didn't even check LQS for the Shape Cut Plus, since I had a good coupon to use at Joanns.
I would imagine there are any number of places you can find it online though - not just Joanns. I googled it - Amazon has it - and you would get free shipping!

The price at Joanns is $41.99. Right now Joanns has a 50% coupon out (or at least I have one on my phone good through the 14th, then at the store they have flyers with 50% off coupons starting on the 14th). With shipping and 50% off it is just slightly more at Joanns than at Amazon.
