You take the motor off with one screw. Then order a new motor, cord and foot control from sew-classic OR you can find a treadle and put it in a treadle. Be sure to watch Muv's video on cleaning and Glenn's info on getting the finish spiffy but only it if needs it. Muv's video is in the sticky - links:
