We like to make our own pizza. As a friend put it, "It's the only way to get enough pepperoni on a pizza!" My son loves pepperoni pizza, but I prefer a different one. I put pesto on in place of the red sauce. Then, put chicken, artichoke hearts, feta, crumbled gorganzola and motzerella. I top it with fresh tomatoes after it's baked. Another option would be sun dried tomatoes tossed on with the artichoke hearts.
