My DBIL is a Yankee fan and they are decorating the room around that theme. I promised a twin sized quilt. There will be a very nice Yankees photo, "baseball bean bag chair" and a few other Yankee decorations. I bought 1.5 yards of this fabric:

I planned to buy a coordinating navy (yes, it is navy in the background although it REALLY looks black, even in the store until I stood near a window), a possibly gray.
Ideas for a quilt pattern? I limited myself only by the quantity of the baseball fabric. I can buy alot of navy and gray.
I have been searching through numerous magazines and quilt books and have yet to be inspired...
BTW, I can piece, PP, and hand applique but run screaming away from Y seams.
