That's a dang shame!!!!! I hesitate to tell anyone to come in the morning -- will make it too crowded in the AM, BUT I would NEVER purposfully tell someone to go in the afternoon!!! Traffic to get in is horrible, it's hotter, and this rain is always a possibility!!! Shame on whoever told them that!
