Next time I get a new book that isn't already spiral bound, I may just take it in and have it done right away.

A couple of my favorites are in pieces, but I bought plastic sleeve protectors, put my pages in those and then put the sleeves in a binder. These are pages that I need one by one, and I usually need to copy or enlarge, so the loose sleeve protectors work great.
