It just breaks my heart that a family has to give up their pets when they loose their jobs, but I understand if they can't feed their family they can't feed a pet. That's how we got our oldest Whippet, he was a rescue and he is always so grateful he has us as a family. He talks with his eyes. Glad you two found each other it was fate.
