CAUTION....Comic book boards could damage your fabric
I am helping a friend organize her sewing room. We discussed using comic book boards to wrap her fabric stash. Well just tonight I went online to find them and found out they are not completely acid-free. They are coated on one side only. The sites even suggest that comic book collectors replace the boards as the coating degrades over time.
I now will advise my friend to use the 100% acid-free sign boards.
