Personally? I can see "Kansas Troubles" being GORGEOUS in just about any pattern! And you can NEVER go wrong with a 9-Patch. Another suggestion would be one I want to make (in Civil War repos) called "Chunky Churndash" from Quiltville. Here's a pixture of it (from the blog) & a link to the pattern. Whatever you make, please make sure you post it! Inquiring minds...
