Welcome from central Florida. Boy, you are productive. I have been working on my AOTH quilt for 8 months and I am still not finished. I also love scrap quilts and I have the scraps to prove it. I've been quilting for 31 years and I can't believe I didn't have a fabric stash when I started quilting. I sewed clothing for my family and I bought what the pattern required and threw the scraps away.
