This is a little different and easy. It's for the crock pot.
Tangy Roast Beef
3 lb. rump roast
1 package of onion soup mix
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
Put soup in crock pot then meat. Spoon cranberry around meat. Cook about 10-12 hrs. on low.(Mine was done in about 8 hours)
Remove roast and thicken juice with cornstarch mixed with water
