If you read the comments on the youtube video for the 5 minute blocks, the pieces are not all the same size. Suzanne McNeill gives the measurements in the comments.
...Each quilt requires different sizes of squares/rectangles to make the blocks. There are 12 different quilts in the book, plus the bonus of different settings. To get you started, the blue/green quilt on the video used 5 1/4" x 10" for large blocks or 2 7/8" x 5 1/4" for small blocks. Enjoy and thanks for asking. Ricky Tims gives measurements for flying geese block:
His are 3" squares with a 3"x5-1/2" rectangle

the assembly is basically the same.
