think I am going to buy a piece of wide white fabric to use as the base and scatter the large, medium and smaller plates on it. I
think instead of appliquéing circles in the centers of all the plates, I am going to finish the insides like the outsides, turned under and blanket stitched. And then appliqué some yoyos in the areas between the plates. I saw one kind of like this, but it was spaced very evenly, like blocks put together with the circles appliqued at the intersections of the blocks. I
think mine is going to be more free form. But, I don't know for sure yet.
